Arab Health 2026, now rebranded as the World Health Expo Dubai, will take place from February 9–12, 2026,  venues: Dubai World Trade Centre. It will host thousands of exhibitors and tens of thousands of visitors from over 150 countries, showcasing innovations in diagnostics, surgery, digital health, and wellness.

Arab Health has evolved into the World Health Expo Dubai (WHX Dubai), marking a new chapter in its 50-year legacy. The 2026 edition is historic for two reasons:

  • It’s the first time the event spans two venues, expanding its footprint by over 11,000 square meters.
  • It reflects a strategic shift toward innovation, collaboration, and global healthcare transformation.

Itinerary

We have carefully planned out each day to give you the best possible experience. From exploring historic landmarks to tasting delicious local cuisine, each day is packed with adventure and excitement. Join us as we take you on a journey through some of the most fascinating destinations in the world.

  • Arrive at Dubai International Airport, complete immigration formalities, and collect your baggage.
  • Meet our representative at the arrival hall and proceed by shuttle transfer to the hotel for check-in.
  • Guests arriving in the morning hours can proceed to the Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) to attend the opening day of Arab Health 2026 (WHX) and explore the exhibition halls.
  • After the exhibition visit, return to the hotel by shuttle as per the fixed schedule.
  • Lunch: At own arrangement 
  • Guests arriving in the afternoon or evening may check in and spend the rest of the day at leisure or explore nearby areas on their own.
  • Dinner at own arrangement and overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the Dubai Exhibition Centre for a full-day visit to the World Health Expo.
  • Attend conferences, product showcases, and networking sessions with exhibitors and healthcare professionals.
  • Lunch at own arrangement within the venue.
  • Evening, return to the hotel by shuttle transfer.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  • Proceed to the exhibition venue for final-day meetings and visits.
  • Later in the afternoon, enjoy a half-day city tour of Dubai, covering major attractions such as:
    • Burj Al Arab – Photo Stop

    • Meena Bazaar – Free time for shopping
  • Return to hotel in the evening.

  • 5% GST if not included in the rates

  • Flight tickets, Visa, Lunch & Dinner are not included. 
  • All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
  • Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.
  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
  • Any additional meals that are not mentioned in the Inclusions column.

  • Guests must follow scheduled timings delays over 15 minutes may lead to proceeding without the guest.
  • All travel s must be kept safely print copies recommended.
  • Vouchers and coordinator details shared 7 days before departure.
  • Any discrepancies must be reported within 3 days otherwise, considered accepted.
  • Itinerary may change due to safety, weather, or operational issues.
  • Organizing team&rsquos decision is final based on ground conditions.
  • Hotels provided as per booked category upgrades cost extra.
  • If selected hotel is unavailable, a similar hotel will be provided.
  • Meals served as per fixed Indian menu skipped meals (due to delays) are non-refundable.
  • Personal changes in meals/transport timings are chargeable.
  • Detours or private tours cost extra and must be pre-informed.
  • Currency fluctuation charges may apply.
  • Add-on tours are chargeable and must be booked in advance.
  • Visa submission is the client&rsquos responsibility unless stated otherwise.
  • Visa approval is at embassy discretion&mdashnot guaranteed.
  • Guests must follow local laws misbehavior will not be tolerated.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  • Security deposit, tips, and gratuities are mandatory.
  • No credit allowed full payment required before departure.
  • Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable after validity.
  • All bookings must be confirmed with a booking amount/advance payment as specified for the package.
  • Full payment must be completed before the deadline shared at the time of confirmation.
  • Prices are subject to change based on availability, seasonality, and fluctuations in taxes or transport costs.
  • Booking will be processed only after receiving accurate guest details, ID proofs, and travel dates.
  • Any changes in travel dates, room type, or guest count after confirmation may attract additional charges.
  • Special requests (bed type, early check-in, room location, adjoining rooms) are subject to hotel availability.
  • All travelers must verify the itinerary and inclusions at the time of booking.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  • In case of non-payment within the given timeline, the booking will be treated as cancelled.
  • Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations will follow the Cancellation Policy mentioned separately.
  • The company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to operational or safety reasons.
  • More than 45 days before departure → Registration/booking amount is non-refundable
  • Between 45–21 days before departure → 75% of the package price
  • Between 20–0 days before departure → 100% of the package price
  • Visa rejection is not covered unless refundable airfare is selected
  • Written cancellation notice is mandatory
  • Medical emergency cancellations—up to 50% refund (valid proof required, up to 10 days before departure)
  • Any delay in payment may result in cancellation of confirmed services
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days
  • Airlines, hotels, and foreign suppliers may impose additional charges
