General Guidelines

  • Guests are expected to follow the schedule and adhere to all rules for a smooth tour experience.

  • Delays beyond 15 minutes may result in the tour proceeding without the guest, considering the value of time for other participants.

  • If any scheduled sightseeing is cancelled due to operational reasons, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days after the tour.

  • All travel documents should be kept safely throughout the tour. Hard copies are recommended but not mandatory.

  • Final confirmation vouchers, travel documents, and coordinator contact details will be shared 7 days before departure.

  • Guests must carefully verify all shared documents. Any discrepancies must be reported within 3 days; failure to do so will be considered acceptance.

  • Itinerary changes may occur due to safety considerations or local conditions.

  • Decisions taken by the organizing team are final and intended to ensure a smooth and safe tour.

  • Hotels are allocated based on the category booked. Upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Any deviation or detour from the itinerary will incur extra charges and must be informed in advance.

  • If a listed hotel is unavailable, a similar alternative will be arranged.

  • Meals will be arranged in standard Indian restaurants with a predefined menu.

  • In case of unforeseen delays or operational challenges, meals may be skipped at the discretion of the Tour Manager.

  • Any currency fluctuation will be charged to the partner/client.

  • Add-on tours are optional and chargeable, and must be requested in advance.

  • Documents must be submitted on time; delays may result in cancellation.

  • Visa processing and correctness of visa documents is the sole responsibility of the partner/client.

  • Meal and transport services will follow group schedules; personal requests may involve additional charges.

  • Guests must follow local laws and guidelines. Misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

  • Security deposits, tips, and gratuities are mandatory wherever applicable.

  • No credit facility is allowed. Full payment must be completed before departure, failing which participation may be cancelled.

  • Registrations are non-transferrable and non-refundable beyond the validity period.


Travel Essentials

Here’s what every international traveler must keep in mind:

  • Follow your Tour Manager/Leader for a seamless experience.

  • Understand the destination’s time zone, culture, and basic dos and don’ts.

  • Carry €1000–€3000 (or equivalent USD/GBP) for personal expenses; use hotel lockers for safety.

  • Private tours are chargeable and not included in the package.

  • Avoid exploring unfamiliar areas alone.

  • In emergencies, contact your Tour Manager or local authorities immediately.

  • Maintain decorum, avoid loud conversations, and be polite at all times.

  • Save hotel contact numbers and emergency helplines for each destination.

  • Report 15–20 minutes before scheduled departure for daily tours.

  • Carry a smartphone with international roaming activated.

  • Follow the airline’s baggage policy. Recommended: 23 kg check-in + 7–10 kg cabin baggage.

  • Prefer refundable airfare to avoid high cancellation penalties due to visa rejection.

  • Carry valid ID proofs and copies (Passport for international travel).

  • Keep a reusable water bottle; water may not always be complimentary.

  • Public restrooms may be chargeable in certain countries.

  • Carry necessary medications and prescriptions.

  • Bring universal adapters, chargers, and power banks.

  • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended (especially in Europe).

  • Essentials to carry: sunglasses, earphones, cap, sunscreen, wipes, toiletries, mosquito protection, etc.

  • Shop in groups to ensure better safety and bargaining power.


Booking Terms

  • 25% advance is required at the time of booking.

  • Guests must submit all required documents; any fake/expired documents are the passenger’s responsibility.

  • Visa approval is not the responsibility of the company unless explicitly mentioned.

  • Airfare is subject to availability and fluctuation at the time of booking.

  • Domestic packages: 100% payment must be completed 7 days before departure.

  • International packages: 100% payment must be completed 14 days before departure.

  • Standard cancellation policies apply and may vary by destination or vendor.
