Refund & Cancellation Policy

BIZCONNEX or BIZ GLOBALTOURS, representing M/s AVNI MICE Solutions Private Limited and AvalonMidwest (USA), understands that unexpected situations may occur. Our aim is to provide flexibility and peace of mind to all our customers. Kindly review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Booking Cancellations

  • 60 days or more before departure: 75% Refund of the total booking cost.
  • Between 60–30 days before departure: 50% Refund of the total booking cost.
  • Between 30–15 days before departure: 25% Refund of the total booking cost.
  • 14 days or less before departure: No Refund of the total booking cost.

Exceptions

  • Certain travel components such as airline tickets, cruise bookings, or special-event packages may follow stricter cancellation rules or incur additional penalties, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused services, no-shows, or partially utilized travel packages.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 14–21 business days from the date of receiving a formal cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment.

Changes to Bookings

    • Modifications to bookings will be accommodated wherever possible.
    • However, changes may involve additional charges, supplier/vendor penalties, or revised terms which cannot be contested.
    • All changes are subject to supplier approval.


Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond our control—such as natural calamities, political unrest, travel bans, or other unforeseen events—we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings. In such situations, customers may receive:

  • A full or partial refund, or
  • Alternative travel arrangements, depending on the feasibility and majority convenience.
